A hybrid brown ale, made with Belgian Yeast, dark special malts giving notes of raisins, chocolate and spice.

Process:
A blend of dark specialty malts to give colour, and aromatics. Fermented with WY Yeast 3944 Wit Yeast to give light spice and clove notes driven from the yeast fermentation. A beer that showcases yeast and malt working in unison.
