BARREL FARM AUTUMN ALE

A hybrid brown ale, made with Belgian Yeast, and dark specialty malts giving light notes of raisins, chocolate, and spice. Process: A blend of dark specialty malts to give colour, and aromatics. Fermented with WY Yeast 3944 Wit Yeast to give light spice and clove notes driven from the yeast fermentation. A beer that showcases yeast and malt working in unison.
